The “Kirov Atanasov Law Firm” was registered on 27.02.2009. The team that set up this law firm had worked together for many years before that and has acquired rich experience and trust in its clients.
Our legal team specializes mainly in the areas of commercial and corporate law, property law, maritime law, law on taxation and labour law. The partners and the law firm have experience in working with the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism, and with the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, as well as with municipalities in the Varna region. The “Kirov Atanasov Law Firm” consults on long term basis shipowners and port operators. The Law Firm works on regular basis also with foreign investors in realizing their construction and energy projects in Bulgaria.
The “Kirov Atanasov Law Firm” is based in Varna, but it has created a good working relationship with respected Bulgarian law firms in Sofia and Burgas. Our law firm has excellent working relationship also with a number of foreign law firms in the United Kingdom, Russia, Germany and Belgium.

We are very happy to inform our clients that as from 1st July, 2013 the “Kirov Atanasov Law Firm” moved to its new office at boulevard “Maria Luiza” No.21. The new large and modern office takes the whole of the top (3rd floor above the ground floor) of a historical for Varna building, which is situated at the very heart of the city.
